The world is a lie...
...are you?
Picking up my wife's celebrity news mag, I see this beautiful woman on the front page. Of course, it just so happens to be Tiger Wood's wife. I'm sure you are like me, completely and utterly sick and tired of hearing about this. Hear me out though. If someone who has undeniably the best game in golf history, his own series of quality video games, millions of dollars, multiple mansions, a beautiful wife, and children, still decides to cheat...why wouldn't you?
Very few of us have even a portion of what he has... but the one thing he lacks seriously is the pride that's required to do the right thing. He was born with a gift. This was all "given" to him. Which is probably the reason why he doesn't appreciate any of it. What is the point I'm getting at? If you haven't guessed by now it pertains to cheating in video games.
I understand the frustration of not being able to do something. You want to be like "hey can someone give me an easy button here?" but you need to have the ability to bypass that. I recently read an article about this chick and how she was "boosting" to get achievement points. For those that don't know "boosting" is the art of playing with a friend strictly to get achievements the easy way. I consider it a form of cheating. I understand that some of the points to get are ridiculous without doing something like "boosting" but this just brings us back to pride. From my continued reading about these people who are achievement whores, apparently this is considered kosher. I call bullshit. If you are going to do it then do it the right way.
You might have noticed a new trend on MW2 where people are setting up private matches that glitch into a 9 vs. 9 tard fest. This is ridiculous and out of hand. I say start banning who ever is making these. Throw the word out that you will ban their whole console. Screw them. I hope that I can pass my philosophy down to whoever reads this cause I know that I will be able to pass this down to my children. Earn what you have that way you will be proud when you get "real" achievements.
This doesn't just apply to the video game world but it also applies to real life. Sure you can get through life by being a cheat but at the end of the night you will have to look back on yourself. Will you be proud of your accomplishments? The key here is to understand your strengths and weaknesses. Enjoy your Strengths and improve on your weakness.
I am proud to be a real gamer. I get my scores from "playing" the damn games. I also like to keep things legit. If I beat you then I did it with my own skills and my own ability. xXJhaXx

The world is cake. I agree. Cheaters/Boosters are pathetic.
i recently came across said game types, and i played a few of them, as it was a nice change for a minute... i soon grew tired of tube spam everywhere though and went back to playing h tdm... now its irritating trying to get into a proper match, and you also get thrown into matches like those and end up having to take a loss... i worked real hard at improving my k/d ratio from like .47 when i first started playing to above .70 now... the poor k/d was due to making the transition from PC shooters to console shooters, as the controller is a huge change in what im used to... now all my games are 2:1 typically or more, but ive still got a huge hole to dig out of... i could take the easy route and boost, but that shit is for chumps lacking skills, and i game for the challenge...
